Q. Do we need to book in advance to come to Bali Wake Park?

A. No, walk-ins are welcome unless you come with a large group. In that case we would advise you to book ahead. You can turn up any time during our normal operating hours of 10 AM to 6PM daily. If you want to pay ahead of time, you can book online so you can get straight out on the water when you arrive.

Q. What are the best days to visit the park?

A. Weekends are generally busy. If you want to avoid the crowds, the best days to visit the wake park or aqua land are Monday to Friday.

Q. Is the park open today?

A. We are open daily from 10AM to 6PM, 364 days a year. Bali Wake Park is closed once a year for the Nyepi holiday in Bali.

Q. Where is Bali Wake Park?

A. We are located close to the Bali Mandara Toll Road next to Benoa Harbor. Look for our billboard on the slip road about 200 meters before the on ramp to the toll road heading East toward Benoa Harbor. Ngurah Rai airport is about 10 minutes away and it is about 15 minutes from Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran.

Q. What should we bring with us?

A. You only need to bring yourself and your swimwear. We supply boards, helmets, safety vests, changing facilities and showers. Towels, lockers and Pro equipment can be hired at our Pro-shop.

Q. Any age restrictions on Cable Park and Aqualand?

A. We recommend Bali Wake Park for children 6 years old and above who can swim.

Q. Can we bring a picnic?

A. No, food and drinks are available at Cables Cafe and at the Pool Bar.

Q. Can I use my own board?

A. Yes, you can bring your own board. If you want to hit our obstacles, you will need to remove any removable fins. Please be aware that hitting obstacles may cause board damage for which Bali Wake Park is not liable. Boards with foot straps are unable to be used on any obstacles.

Q. Is it possible to rent a Pro-board for obstacles?

A. Yes, you can hire a Pro-board for IDR200K – 1 hour, IDR300K – 2 hours and IDR400K – all day. The cable ticket includes standard boards, life jacket & helmet.

Q. Do you have a place to store our gear?

A. Yes, we provide free storage for members and for international guests.

Q. I would like to know about the water. Firstly, if it is clean and secondly, is it lake water or sea water?

A. Our water is not seawater. We source our water from 35 meters below ground. Being close to the sea, it is salt water. We sample and test our water every 3 months using a Government certified testing laboratory that adheres to International ISO testing standards. We probably have the cleanest water in Bali!

Q. Can I book the whole park privately?
